GOODALL POWER SYSTEMS

Intelligent Remote Monitoring & Management Systems (IRMS)

REMOTELY MONITOR, MANAGE AND CONTROL YOUR GENERATOR FROM ANYWHERE!

IRMS uses Proven, Tested, Trusted WebSupervisor software and the powerful Airgate connection technology, both developed by ComAp, an international Company with over 25 years of experience in industrial and generator communication, and more than 2 million installations worldwide.

Control is everything!

How does IRMS work and what can it do?

Monitor Generator Health and Readiness by accessing common generator parameters like (read/write):

  • Oil pressure, engine temperature, battery voltage, mains and generator frequency, power output, mains voltage, diesel fuel levels, engine run time, engine RPM, and all active alarms.
  • Remote Operation and ControlRemotely start, stop and test your generator, both on and offload in the field from any location, international, national, or regional.
  • Remotely acknowledge generated alarms.
  • Reduce expensive on-site service visits. [ComAp generator remote monitoring ]
  • Generator Alarm Management – Receive alarm notification for all faults including when the fuel level reaches a pre-set level, or fuel theft attempts occur. Direct alarms to service personnel via SMS or email, RSS feeds, and instant response from IRMS.

Benefits And Advantages

  • Immediate response to all alarms.
  • Minimize downtime, and Maximise performance.
  • Convenient monitoring, controlling, and testing of on-site generators engines and alternators, transfer switches, sensors, and output controls. Reduces the need for costly service calls and site visits.
  • Track and log all maintenance, work, repairs, and refueling performed.
  • Eliminates costly unnecessary site visits to determine / check/test the generator’s status, repairs, maintenance, and service visits can be planned knowing in advance what is required, saves time and costs. Eliminating unnecessary service/check-up trips cuts down C02 emissions.
  • Stay on top of potential problems, puts the control in your hands, no more responding to breakdowns, and anticipate and prevent nearly all breakdowns.
  • Equivalent to a qualified generator technician, diesel mechanic, and electrician, all being onsite and on hand watching over your generator 24/7, at a very inexpensive cost. Complete peace of mind. Real-time M2M technology.
  • Fuel management – immediately detect if fuel is being stolen, monitor and make sure that the agreed and correct fuel amounts are delivered and dispensed at fill-up, only fill up when really needed. Monitor fuel consumption.
  • Reduces unnecessary expensive trips to remote sites to test the generator, inspect fuel level, etc., and unnecessary maintenance trips (maintenance timers are remotely read).
  • Daily / weekly/monthly customized reports.
  • Monitor unauthorized entry into the generator room, or generator enclosure.
  • WebSupervisor Secure Data Centre.

Testimonials

“It provides me with an easy-to-grasp overview of my backup emergency power generator, and keeps maintenance costs down”
“The first time that an alarm was monitored and responded to, the system paid for itself”
“Remote management is not a nice-to-have, it’s a must-have”
“Remote monitoring has given us the possibility to have an overview of the generators in the field. We now have full control over all parameters needed to make sure the power generators can start whenever necessary”
“The remote monitoring solution provides a stable platform from which to monitor our sites from any location”
“Remote monitoring has spared us a lot of service trips which means savings in time and money, but more importantly we have better control of the generators and can monitor all parameters in real time”
“It is a very cost-effective solution”
